What I collect. If you use the contact form, it sends me the email address, and any name, phone number, package choice and message you add. The form sends your message from this website’s server to my email, which Fastmail hosts; the site keeps no copy. To stop abuse, the server holds your IP address in memory for up to an hour. If the server can’t be reached, the form offers a link to open your own email app instead. The site counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not track you across sites. There are no advertising cookies.

Why I collect it. I use your message to reply to your enquiry. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in answering people who contact me about my work.

How long I keep it. I keep enquiry messages in my email for up to 24 months, then delete them.

Cloudflare keeps standard logs of visits — IP address, time and page requested — for a short period, for security and to keep the site working.

Your rights. You can ask to see the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how I use it. Email hello@boltrig.ai and I will action it. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
