Visa petitions won on evidence, but buried in paperwork
They came as a small team petitioning for musicians who need a US visa for short, well-paid trips. A lawyer-led petition can cost $10-15k, which wipes out the point of a two-day engagement, so they had built a way to do it themselves.
Most of the evidence is public. The complex part is sourcing it, annotating it for relevance and assembling it into a bundle. This used to take days, with many tabs open and constant context-switching between matters.

Mapped the work, end to end
A petition was walked through from first enquiry to filing with the founder: who does what, which documents arrive, where judgement is needed and where the work is mechanical.
Kept the parts that were right
They already had scripts, form field maps and a browser extension for capturing evidence. What worked was kept and rebuilt as one flexible, reactive agentic system.
Put judgement where it belongs
Mechanical steps run on their own. Anything that needs a decision, such as which evidence supports which criterion, stays with a person to review.
One agentic system, from enquiry to filing.
Caseload organised
Each case moves through its own stages, from first enquiry to filing, in one place.
Bundles assembled
Documents are compiled in the order the filing expects, with the cover letter drawn from templates.
Form data, extracted
The details the application forms need are pulled from the case record, not retyped.
Approvals, granted
Nothing leaves the system without human oversight and approval.
An automated workflow with guardrails and approvals
A petition now has one home, a repeatable route and clear points where a person reviews it. The aim is that a small team can take on more petitions without the quality slipping or colleagues context-switching between hundreds of tabs.
